Very Nice work! Did you know that Champion Place off of Main St. in Alhambra used to be an artist's colony? Norman Rockwell visited there often. My mentor Sam Hyde Harris had a studio there.
I used to live in Monterey Park. Champion Place starts on the north side of Main St. I think its toward the Los Feliz end...my memory is sketchy on that. But its close to the street where you turn south to go toward the Mission. As a teenager I was a member of the San Gabriel Art Association.
A Western Painter, Frank Tenny Johnson had his studio there. My buddy is very interested in that property.

If I'm correct, that's borderline just before the city of San Gabriel close to Facey Medical Clinic.
