Tom Cruz popped in to my head so here he is.  Done

on sketch paper then painted on Photoshop.  Enjoy!

ALIEN

One of the best alien SiFi of all time. I saw this movie for the first time back in the early 80's, and still love it to this day. The top scene is the damaged android medical officer "Ash" being questioned by Ripley. It was a real challenge painting the milk substance on his face and to make it look like it's oozing out of his mouth. This second scene is where the captain is taken by surprise in the ships air ducks, made me jump out of my seat. Both were done on sketch paper then painted on PhotoShop. I learned allot from doing these two pieces. Hope you enjoy them.

Indian Half Breed

Billy Jack, not very many people would
remember this guy. His movie came out back in the 60's
but I had great time watching
when I was a kid. He was my hero back then,
and this is my tribute to him.

Shaqtacular

Shaq came up to CityWalk yesterday so I did this charicatue of him,

turned out better then I thought. Done on sketch paper with 3B pencil,

then touched up on my work computer.

break at work. GOSH!!!

Beware the Moon

30 years ago the scariest werewolf was created for the movie "An

American Werewolf in London". I'm just in awe every time

I see this movie. See it if you get the chance, you won't be

disappointed. I did as sketch first, then painted on Photoshop.

F-5 Pilot

Did this drawing on sketch paper (top) back in my teen years, then decided to clean up and enhance on Photoshop as shown on the bottom image. I really got into Air Force illustration since my dad used to work for Northrop Grumman back in the late 70's to I think the mid 90's. My dad is an amaizing artist. Jaw dropping art. When and if I get a hold of some of his work I will post it.

For any Trekkies out there. I used to watch Star Trek with my brother back in the 80's every night before going to bed. It was the "logical" thing to do at the time.

during a lunch break. Enspired by Sebastian Kruger to exaggerate

Chris Farley

I had to do Chris Farley. He has such a defined face and he's one of

my favorate comedians. I exaggerated his face to match his personality. Done with pencil on Strathmore acid free paper. Can't remember just how long it took me, maybe a couple of lunch breaks.

Transformers "Bumble Bee"

Wanted to show the three main stages it took to get the finished image. Started as a quick sketch at lunch then scanned into Photoshop and painted. I will enhance this peice to have his head stand out more.

it was a real challenge to paint this one but fun.

I did this one back in my early teens when I was really into

the Air Force. I painted it with Gouache on a 30" x 40" Illistration board

I love the way gouache works on illistration board

I had lots of fun doing this one.

This painting started out as a color pencil piece

but was inspired to color and clean it up on Photoshop.

Came out better than I thought.
